Emergency Road Service
Our emergency road service providers remain ready and available to assist members in need. The fastest way to request Emergency Road Service is online or through the Auto Club App, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And, of course, we’re always available at 800-AAA-HELP.
To create social distancing and protect the health of our members and emergency road service technicians, AAA service providers will not be greeting you with their typical friendly handshake, they may ask you to remain in the vehicle while they perform service, and we are requesting all members to secure your own ride if a tow is necessary. We thank you for your understanding and assistance with this matter.
